Terms of service

We aim to ensure we have satisfied customers.  It is necessary to have clear policies to create a clear and consistent practice.  The exchange policy is offered for 30 days following the receipt of your item when appropriate criteria are met.

To be eligible for an exchange/credit, the item must be completely unused, clean and free of any scents  Please provide us with information regarding your time and location of purchase if you did not purchase through the website, your order number, or your receipt so that we can verify your purchase.
